Beginnings

This section contains four simple lessons.

These lessons will introduce you to some of the core concepts which are at the heart of this course.

These concepts are:

• The importance of a growth mindset
• The importance of correct preparation.
• How structure can make all the difference in an emergency.
• The two things you need to manage any emergency in the A320.

We’ll also be taking a quick look at some of the realities concerning how pilots make decisions.

It’s an important section, and probably a bit different than anything you’ve read about flying, so pay attention.
